Strata Manager
We’re looking for a Strata Manager to join our team and provide professional, responsive management services to our strata communities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- A valid BC Strata Management License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Previous strata property management experience is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act and strata governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, councils, and contractors
- Experience preparing and managing operating budgets and financial reports
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning property management software
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening strata council and annual general meetings as required

Strata Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our Abbotsford team and manage a portfolio of strata communities throughout the Fraser Valley. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident in building strong relationships with strata councils, owners, and service providers.
Requirements
- BC Strata Management License required
- Minimum 2 years of strata management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act and Real Estate Services Act
- Experience working with strata councils, AGMs and SGMs
- Knowledge of strata financial and budget reviews
- Strong understanding of strata insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning property management software
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
